Doily on the Wold

Ok, long time no post, have finished licking wounds and moved on and now I is doing panto innit. Its been an experience, as panto usually is, but in general we are having a wonderful time, there are lots and lots of fabulous people to play with and the show is going brilliantly. The company is up for a laugh and there is a big bug of love hovering over the norfolk coast.
Once you get past the doilys that is.

Special mention again to a certain lad who has big shoulders to carry my sanity around with.
I would have surely gone mad without him around.

On the eve of tomorrow (caution - dirty laundry post)

When you are in the privilaged position of being able to make the world ok and descisions valid for someone that you love you do it. Course you do. No question. Even when it makes your heart heavy and your eyes fill up and you are screaming inside. Even when its the end of a story that you don't want to end... and especially don't want to end like this. Even when it means that you can't face the people on the tube and have to hide in boots for an hour. Even when it means admiting to yourself that a new life without me is the best thing for her. Even then.

I know she will be ok, be happy, be loved, be looked after, and I know she knows that there is always a place for her next to me. And I hope that will give her the freedom to follow her dreams. She does have some amazing dreams.

So on to tomorrow, a new read, a new set of possibilities and some new regrets, but thats ok. Thats me.
