The day after the day after
Wow... They are married and it was beautiful and I'm soooo happy for them. She looked stunning, he looked gorgeous and they both couldn't stop smiling all day. I'm so proud of both of them and sooooo happy for them and wow. Hasn't really sunk in yet, don't think it will till they are back. The ceremony was lovely, galloping organ man and boys giggling at lyrics (alas... It was this big ones next to me ~ headed off by a sharp elbow) and I didn't cry at all... Until during the evening when I had a near miss when hubby was singing and again dancing with him later... He's the bestest friend I ever could have and I love him to pieces. (all mushy again) anyway we drank and drank and there was a moment with Hubby on Tumbledry's shoulders, (VERY entertaining) and drank and drank and then went back and had a moment with balloon popping on peoples head and drank more and passed out, yesterday we spent chilling, watching the princess diaries 2 which was very funny (JUST LOVE Julie) and then to the pub for more chilling and list writing. That's the way hangover days should be!
Wedding day!
well its finally arrived.... Andrea and Matt's wedding! everything is ready and the only thing we can do this morning is preen and await crisis phonecalls! I have painted nails, a handbag and I'm off to shave my legs.... Finally I'm a real girl!
My small spanish mermaid has flown off today to be with her family for her birthday... I'm gonna miss her!
My hubbies Birthday.....
What a long day of manic fun! I realise that running late on your birthday is just everyone else running early... however starting at half eight we were runing late... I stayed over so I could wake him up however I think I proved more of a distraction! we did 'Present Ceremony' and then tried for a salmon breakfast... however only one tomato and no toast so was a bit of a ready steady cook moment be we ate, out the door and ready to try on suits for The Big Wedding. The lady at Masculine (ahem) had so much patience with us as we tried on all appropriate jackets and then decided on the one purchased ten minutes before (good choice though...)and then rushed to hair shot to get him tinted and trimed and matching the shirt (of utmost importance!) day progressed, we caught up time for lunch... lovely bagguets with the girls at Cressex and then to the spa for a pampering session. I took the oppurtunity whist wating for my aromotheraped beauty for people watching, very entertaining, especially one of them is your old headmistress (yes... true to form I acted like a moron answering really hard questions as 'so what do you do now' with an erm....) anyway back home for a bath cos he was al oily and then to The Ballet (being the cultured birds that we are) which was very very good, lots of pretty people and the dancers were very good too.
And then to bed.... I thankyou.... Goodnight.
Still Snowings!
It still snowing! And settling today... I could be a snow princess! Although does mean trains are running slow and amongst other less important things (meeting and a recording session) I have to accessorizes for the big wedding so gonna be a girlie day! Also have to sort out birthday pressie for Dancing Hubby... know what i'm getting but NO idea how to present it....

Those of you who have come here from the last incarnation, This is a much better interface and doesn't crash my laptop nearly so often ... touch wood!
I may get round to posting the story so far for the newbies amongst you... but I may not!
So yeah... will post something more fun when something exciting happens... at the moment just yay for snow!
